I defend people across Florida facing DUI, drug charges, and serious criminal accusations, and I represent the injured in personal injury cases. I'm Rory Safir, an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist, one of six in Florida. I studied the same science the State relies on in DUI and drug cases, and I know where it breaks.

I'm also a NHTSA qualified instructor in the standardized field sobriety testing curriculum, trained to teach police and lawyers how DUI investigations and roadside "tests" are supposed to be conducted.
