Hello,  I'm Tuyến  The Rice Paper Lady. Welcome. I created this channel to share my passion for Vietnamese culture as well as my passion for Vietnamese cuisine. What you will find here is part travel and adventure on the road and part flavors and adventure in my kitchen. We will explore traditional Vietnamese cooking, culture, travel and a bit of family stuff too.

The name Rice Paper Lady comes from my love for healthy dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, rolled in rice paper and served with tasty dipping sauces. I will share some of my favorites and encourage you to make your own. Join me in the kitchen with members of my family and on the road with my partner Ross as we explore a world of different cultures, food and people.
