The ReSelfing Movement™

**The ReSelfing Movement™ | Find Your Self**

The ReSelfing Movement™ is the home of **Adult-Self Attachment**, a new framework created by Katrina Plaza and psychologist Dr Louise Goddard-Crawley to help you understand your emotional patterns, change habitual behaviours and make more conscious choices.

Our **Find Your Self** series explores attachment, relationships, emotional regulation, self-awareness, identity and the patterns that shape how we think, feel and behave.

At the heart of ReSelfing™ are the **ABCs of ReSelfing™: Awareness, Behaviours and Choice.** We explore how your attachment patterns show up in adult life and how developing a stronger relationship with yourself can change the choices you make.

ReSelfing™ is about learning to recognise what is happening within you, understand the behaviour that follows, and discover that there is a moment in between where you can choose differently.

Awareness. Behaviours. Choice.
