The Reframed Brain 

The Reframed Brain (TRB) is a wellness platform + community that centers brain health and unseen injuries. Founder and host, Erica Savage created The Reframed Brain after surviving being hit twice by an 18 wheel truck while traveling for work in March 2021. 

Erica’s own life altering experience of a brain injury and polytrauma care forced her to pivot from her career as a political executive and use her years in media to bring awareness of techniques, tools and modalities to create + sustain cultures of wellness. 

TRB achieves this through podcasting, newsletters, writings and live experiences featuring guests that range from medical practitioners to therapeutic and wellness experts.
