The Rebounding Nurse

I'm KimAnn — an MSN-prepared OR nurse who spent years putting patients back together after falls, fractures, and joint failures. Then I hit my 50s and started feeling it myself. Rebounding changed everything.

This channel is your evidence-based guide to joint-safe fitness on a mini-trampoline — designed for bodies over 50. Balance, strength, mobility, lymphatic health. The same things I watched quietly decline in the operating room.

You'll find follow-along mini trampoline workouts filmed in real outdoor landscapes, nurse-backed education on why rebounding works (and when to modify), and practical guidance built for real bodies — not highlight reels. If you're over 50, returning after an injury, or just looking for movement that doesn't wreck your joints, you're in the right place.

No hype. Just honest, nurse-to-friend guidance.
