The R.A.R.E. Foundation (Restoring America through Recovery Education) is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation that provides under-served communities with a financial solution for success. We take a comprehensive approach because we believe prosperity begins with programs like supporting our Veterans and continues with financial and credit education with long-term support for the Formerly Incarcerated.
