Therapy With Asha

Welcome to Therapy with Asha! 🌿

I’m Asha: a trauma therapist, psychedelic integration specialist, and mindfulness practitioner!

I'm a different kind of psychotherapist - one who takes the science seriously - but one who's also willing to explore the places where consciousness, spirituality and psychedelics overlap.

I created this channel to share my experiences and learnings from my practice (plus 15 years of trying to heal myself) - to provide grounded, honest, and research-backed mental health education that can help to guide people during times of crisis.

Here, we cut through the noise and talk about:
✨ Psychedelic-assisted therapy and safe integration
✨ Trauma healing and plant medicine research
✨ The practical reality of therapy vs. spiritual "guru" hype
