I'm Carolyn Silan, PT, CEAS, CSCS-R from Waikoloa, Hawaii!  I am a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist bringing the spirit of aloha to the world of rehabilitation and wellness.  It is my greatest pleasure to help people feel their best and awaken their innate ability to heal!  I believe that all bodies are unique and so their Physical Therapy interventions and education need to be unique as well.

With over 30 YEARS of hands-on experience, I utilize a wide range of treatment techniques to provide efficient and successful patient care. Drawing from my personal health journey, I have developed the Silan System, an innovative approach to healing the human body. Unlike other Physical Therapists, I take a comprehensive view of a patient's body and the repetitive forces it endures daily, addressing the bigger picture.
