The Quiet Dharma

Welcome to The Quiet Dharma — a place for ancient Buddhist stories, timeless teachings, and a quieter way of living.

Here, stories from the Buddhist tradition are told slowly and simply, without rushing to turn them into lessons or modern self-help.

Each episode begins with the old sources — teachings preserved in the Pali Canon, Buddhist texts, and traditional Zen records. I spend time tracing the story back to its origins, understanding its context, and shaping it into a long, peaceful telling while staying faithful to what the texts actually say.

These are stories of desire and letting go, anger and patience, suffering and peace, wandering and awakening.

They have traveled through centuries.

I simply tell them again.

If you enjoy quiet stories, Buddhist wisdom, and a slower space to think, you are welcome here.
