Powerhaus Pilates

You have spent years showing up for everyone else. This channel is a place to come back to yourself, with workouts, technique breakdowns, and moments from inside our boutique studio.

Authentic, full-apparatus Pilates from Powerhaus Pilates in Dublin, Ohio, made for women ready to feel strong in their own bodies again. Powerhaus is led by Brittany Landefeld, a BASI-certified instructor with more than 16 years of experience and a teaching lineage that traces to Joseph Pilates. Every session, in the studio or on screen, is authentic Pilates that never gets watered down.
