Creating brave space for conversations about personal transformation, racism, and cultivating change.

I founded The Place to SOAR as a social enterprise dedicated to cultivating change through daily growth, personal transformation, and personal accountability. I am committed to co-creating with individuals for personal coaching and businesses for employee coaching. The SOAR Coaching System includes the Activism through Coaching Model, the Personal Transformation Bridge, and InflexionPoint Podcast on Transformation Talk Radio.

Learn to master your “becoming” space by disrupting limiting beliefs, empowering deep self-knowledge through critical self-reflection, and challenging assumptions. The desired outcome? Barriers are broken. Potential is unveiled. Living is intentional.
