What’s up! My name is Heather. I go by HT for short, HT PHYSIQUE for a long. That’s how you find me on the book of faces, the Instagram, whatever you wanna call it. I am your PHYT coach that’s P-H-Y-T. My mission is to get you to your Health and fitness goals twice as fast. How do I do that? 
I have over 15 years of experience and dance training, specifically ballet, where  the focus is proper form and alignment. 
Dance runs in my family. My mom owned her own studio, so did my grandmother, and my great grandmother’s parents were circus performers. 
So whether you train with me here at the PHYT Gym in Los Angeles, or you are training with me online at The (virtual) PHYT Gym, not only will you be getting an excellent work out, you’ll be doing so with proper form, which is crucial for both injury prevention and results.
