The Physical Culturalist

Welcome to The Physical Culturalist

Hi, I’m Adam.

For the past two decades, I’ve made a living doing two things really well:

- Playing bass in the hardcore band H2O.
- Helping people get strong, lean, and mobile without wrecking their joints.

This channel is for men 40+ who want to reclaim their edge - physically and mentally, using minimalist, time-honored tools like kettlebells, bodyweight training, and gymnastic rings.

No fluff. No gimmicks.

Just joint-friendly strength, mobility, and power training rooted in the philosophy of old-school physical culture and updated with what we now know about longevity, hormone health, and sustainable training.

If you’re ready to build a body that performs as good as it looks, and keeps going for decades to come, you’re in the right place.
