A Guyanese-American scholar, trailblazer, retired attorney and judge, and Harvard Kennedy School Public Leadership alumnus, he attained exceptional distinction before age 24—serving as Attorney-at-Law, Senior State Counsel, Police Legal Adviser, State Prosecutor, and Magistrate/Judge in Guyana and the Commonwealth. His pioneering cases advanced jurisprudence there and in the United States.
