Our Parkinson’s exercise programme is designed for people in the early to mid stages of Parkinson’s, with different levels so you can start where you feel comfortable and progress at your own pace. 

Before Getting Started:
• Always have a sturdy balance aid within reach
• Move at your own pace
• Modify or skip any exercise that doesn’t feel right for you
• Exercise within your limits
