The Parents Flew The Nest

Hey there! We are Jack and Victoria Huizinga. Parents of three fully-grown children. However, we are not staying in that empty nest, well it isn't empty, but that is another story. 

Instead, we are fleeing it.  Jack is now a travel nurse, and Victoria is a blogger at Snail Pace Transformations (slow living lifestyle blog), and The Parents Flew The Nest ( travel blog). 

When Jack isn't working, we spend most weekends exploring the area we are currently located, or if Jack is between contracts, we work on our renovation home that will most likely be a rental when it is done. 

Here on Youtube, we plan to share slideshows of our weekend adventures. Why slideshows? Up to now, we had been creating photo books, but those are starting to take up too much space. So we decided why not share out pictures on Youtube and give everyone access to them.
