Welcome in! I'm Laura, Pediatric OT, author, parent coach and neurodiversity advocate/ speaker. I believe that every behavior is a reflection of the state of the nervous system, and that you can use sensory strategies to help regulate ANY nervous system (regardless of diagnosis). I have a knack for taking neuroscience jargon and turning it into analogies that finally make it "click" so you can know what the heck you're doing and why the heck you're doing it.
