Amelia the No BS Herbalist

I'm Amelia South, the No-BS Herbalist — Clinical Herbalist, professional foraging instructor, author, organic farmer, and educator.
I teach people how to stop chasing symptoms and start connecting the dots between herbs, food, gut health, lifestyle, and the patterns that affect how we feel.
Here you'll learn how to think like an herbalist — not just “what herb is good for ___?” You'll find practical videos about medicinal and edible plants, foraging, herbal medicine, gut health, wild foods, and what it actually takes to create meaningful change.
I've been foraging since 2006 and working with herbal medicine professionally for years. I'm the author of Think Like an Herbalist, Forage and Heal, Wildcrafted Eats, and more.
