The Off Grid Yogi

Welcome.

We're in an epidemic of people losing everyday movement decades before they should. Normalising 'falling apart' physically, and seeing this as inevitable is unacceptable.
Subscribe for movement protocols that keep you off the mobility scooter and stair lift list. If you're grunting when you get up from your seat and clinging to the handrail when you climb the stairs, I’m here to help you build trust in the body you're in. Through functional, daily mobility protocols, spine mobility, hip capability, and back pain protocols, I teach you to reclaim capability. We're not here to perform poses, but to apply a thousands of year system that actually works so we can climb stairs confidently, get down to the floor and up again, breathe properly and have good posture.

Invest in your body now, join the movement and protect your future self.
