Judith Ridley, INHC | Mind-Body Wellness

Welcome to The Nutrition Wellness Plate™.

I'm Judith Ridley, a Mind-Body Wellness Coach and creator of The Nutrition Wellness Plate Method™.
I believe nourishment happens both on and off the plate. What we think, feel, and experience influences the choices we make every day. Health is not simply about food, weight, or willpower. It is about awareness, alignment, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Through practical wellness education, mindset shifts, nervous system awareness, nutrition guidance, and meaningful conversations, I help women reconnect with themselves and create sustainable change from the inside out.
If you're ready to move beyond dieting, perfection, and self-judgment and embrace a more intentional approach to wellness, you're in the right place.

Nourish the mind. Nourish the belly. Transform the whole self.
