Welcome to The Next Level Physio! My name is Rob and I'm a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in Minneapolis, MN. I work with individuals of all levels to overcome injuries, pain, improve range of motion, flexibility, strength, and continue their training with minimal disruption. I have advanced training in treating CrossFit athletes, olympic lifters, and powerlifters, helping them recover and rehabilitate from injuries and continue their training!

Too many physical therapists out there don't understand the specific needs and goals of athletes. This channel provides athletes and individuals of all fitness levels with drills, exercises, stretches, tools, and information to help decrease pain, improve mobility and flexibility, and utilize exercise to help overcome injury!
