The Motivational Mums Club & Young Positive Minds

The Motivational Mums Club is a community-led CIC dedicated to supporting mothers through peer support, antenatal education, and wellbeing programmes. With safe, inclusive spaces where mothers—particularly Black mothers—can connect, share experiences, and access trusted support without judgement.

Our work focuses on reducing isolation, improving maternal mental health, and empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and community they need to thrive during pregnancy and early motherhood. Through group sessions, workshops, and community partnerships, we help mums feel seen, supported, and motivated at every stage of their journey.

Christina Brown (known as Chrissy) is the award-winning founder of The Motivational Mums Club and is a Black maternal mental health Expert, aswell as a credible Health Equity Expert.
