The Modern Phoenix (Gervase Kolmos)

In a culture that values logic, urgency, perfection, and sameness, The Modern Phoenix walks a different path: one that honors her unique mind, body and soul.

She is a multi-dimensional, complex and dynamic woman who is not born at this time in history to solely care for others, martyr her needs, dim her light, check off to-do lists, suppress and control her feelings, and people-please herself to an adequate existence.

She’s not here to be nice. She’s here to feel alive, to reinvent herself, grow & evolve.

She trusts and allows the wisdom of her body and is guided by her own inner authority to live with pleasure, authenticity and embodied wisdom.

She knows what’s ready to be burned away and is brave enough to choose it, even if it requires letting go of who she was to become a version of herself she can feel, but not yet see.

She can do all this because she is trusting in herself and her intuition.

She is you (or the you that you are about to become).

And she is magnificent.
