The Mindfully Anxious Adventures

Hi. I'm Cait. This channel is all about how mental health and anxiety shape the way I explore and push my physical limits. Please SUBSCRIBE to share the journey with me.

My goal here is to share what anxiety can look like for an outdoor athlete or anyone who might take comfort in knowing they are not alone.

I am a pediatric physical therapist in Vermont which can be a lot physically, emotionally and mentally. Because of that, I knew I needed to make goals and take charge of my own happiness. That means moving my body more, scaring myself, and coming out on the other side better for it. My main methods of this will be skiing, rock climbing and traveling.
