The Mind E.D.I.T. with Elise Rhodes

The Mind E.D.I.T. is a space for high-responsibility women—especially working moms—who appear to have it all together but feel overwhelmed inside.

Hosted by therapist Elise Rhodes, LPC-MHSP, founder of Mind E.D.I.T. Therapy & Wellness, this channel explores the mental patterns many capable women quietly struggle with: rumination, overthinking, people-pleasing, comparison, anxiety, and the pressure to be everything for everyone.

Drawing from her experience navigating OCD and modern motherhood, Elise created the E.D.I.T. Framework—Empower, Declutter, Incorporate, Tend—to help women reclaim their lives. Through thoughtful and compassionate conversations, she helps women untangle internalized expectations, reconnect with their true values, and gain greater agency in how they think, feel, and live—without the guilt.
