The Mind Builder - Shattered To Strong

Welcome to The MindBuilder podcast. I am your host Siva - Going on 40 and gorgeous on the inside and the outside.
I am proud of the woman I am today because I went through one hell of a time becoming her. I am always striving to create balance in my life as I believe balance is not something you find, it is something you create. A healthy emotional state of mind creates a balanced life. I have worked towards that and on myself, for myself. My 40s are for embracing grace and growth, choosing peace over perfection, prioritizing joy and self love. I have created this space to be vulnerable and authentic. I am firm believer that vulnerability is our super power and is the only bridge to build connection. So join me in this journey of transforming our lives to evolve into people with stronger mental health and emotional wellness. Let's make our bodies and minds a better place to live in.
