Mike in Oman | A Broker’s Diary

Mike in Oman is about real estate, investment and life in Oman — on the ground.
I’m Mikhail Krasilnikov, a real estate broker and Whitewill partner working in Oman. Before brokerage, I spent 17 years in real estate marketing, development and project positioning.

Here I explore Oman’s property market: Muscat, Salalah and other locations, new developments, investment strategies, foreign ownership, residency, relocation and second-home opportunities.

You’ll also find real client deals, property and room tours, projects I personally review, interviews with people who live and work in Oman, and practical guides to neighbourhoods, schools, education and everyday life.

Beyond real estate, I look at Oman’s business environment, tourism, infrastructure and Vision 2040 — and what these changes may actually mean for the country’s future.

No brochure talk. No hype.
Just Oman, as I see it on the ground.
