Hi, I’m Dale and I've been cooking for over 50 years. I'm an Actor, Theatre Producer and Director.  While waiting for the pandemic to pass and get back to the theatre, I reawakened my love of cooking and started YouTubing easy and home cooked recipes. I'm not a chef but I'll cook everything from basic comfort food to gourmet meals with easy to follow recipes.
