The Maker Homestead

🌲 The Maker Homestead

We’re reclaiming 20 acres the slow way.

This channel follows our family as we restore neglected land, convert old structures into livable space, and build a life centered on making, self-reliance, and freedom.

Some days we’re running power in a windstorm. Some days we’re baking sourdough, fixing trailers, blacksmithing tools, or clearing decades of forgotten junk.

We believe in process over perfection, learning as we build, and steady progress without fake hype.

Expect real setbacks, real wins, hands-on projects, land shaping, problem solving, and the occasional 8-bit inventory moment.

The land is the main character.

Welcome to the compound.
