I take my lifelong knowledge of growing up in a retail yard, working with one of the authors of the futures contract in lumber, helping develop one of the first risk management programs in lumber, trading and hedging lumber, running a sales team, working on the financial side of lumber at the one of the largest privately held companies in the us and finally co-founding the first digital exchange in lumber. I am currently the Director of Risk and Commodity lumber at Sitka USA, where we are the Tip-of-The-Spear on Forward lumber risk management, Spot market sales, lumber hedging and multi-family lumber spend consulting. Sitka also has our own Canadian lumber mill, multiple US reloads and exclusive European lumber programs for the US..
