The Life Divine on Earth

Supramental Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother 

A DIVINE life in a divine body is the ideal that we envisage. A DIVINE life upon Earth the ideal we have placed before us, can only come about by spiritual change of our being and a radical and fundamental change an evolution or revolution of our nature. 

                         SAVITRI 
Often a lustrous inner dawn shall come
Lighting the chambers of the slumbering mind;
A sudden bliss shall run through every limb
And Nature with a mightier Presence fill.
This shall open to divinity earth,
And common nature feel the wide uplift,
Illumine common acts with the Spirit’s ray,
Live to manifest the secret God, 
And meet the deity in common things.
The Spirit shall take up the human play,
This earthly life become the life divine.
