This channel uses a bot to bulk download videos from twitch and upload them to youtube, completely automatically.

Downloading a video from twitch is already sort of a 'hack' - and isn't officially supported. Some vods just can't be downloaded in one piece due to weird twitch backend behavior. Sometimes the videos will come out muted, depending on music or copyrights or something. So, theres' a chance the bot just wasn't able to fetch that vod.
It also might be blocked on youtube's end for a copyright claim.
