The Less Stress Doc

I'm Dr. Gary Sprouse from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and I have been a Primary Care Physician for 35 years and have seen many patients over that time and heard many stories of being stressed out. 

My book, “How to Have Less Stress, A Home Visit with Dr. Sprouse” is due out soon. My hope is that through my teaching, you will glean a fresh and novel approach to what stress is and then, more importantly, how to have less of it. I have used these concepts and treatments with my patients who have had great success and now I want to share my ideas with you in an effort to help even more people live a Less Stressed Life!

Married for 8 years, Dr. Sprouse and his wife Terri live at home with their dog Zoe, their newest addition. Both are sports enthusiasts and love to do Karaoke. He loves Halloween. Based on his mantra, "The harder I work, the luckier I get," Dr. Sprouse brings you his ideas on how to have less stress and sincerely hopes you gain all you can from his work and teachings.
