The Ledger Room | NYC

Welcome to The Ledger Room. A hidden late-night lounge in New York City, for the ones still building something after midnight.

Below Canal Street, behind a door with no sign and a green lamp, there's a room where people come to finish things. A business plan. A book. A truth they've owed someone for too long. On the bar lies a ledger with two columns. On the left, what you came to finish. On the right, what it cost you.

On this channel you'll find two things:

♪ THE MUSIC
Long sessions of jazz, soul and lounge for late nights, deep work, study and quiet ideas. Put it on, open your laptop, and stay awhile.

✎ THE LEDGER ROOM STORIES
Narrated noir short stories about the people at the bar: founders and lawyers, a retired detective, a woman who came in from the rain, and Mags, who reads every line upside down. Each story stands on its own. Together they tell the story of the room. Best heard in order, starting with No. 01.
