The K. Patricia Cross Academy is an investment in the future of higher education, named to celebrate, honor, and preserve the legacy of Dr. K. Patricia Cross. A non-profit organization dedicated to supporting faculty—particularly new, junior, and adjunct college teachers—The K. Patricia Cross Academy offers free online teaching resources for higher education, including instructional videos and downloadable materials that clearly outline how to implement high-impact, evidence-based teaching methods that improve students' learning; and document student learning in ways that provide faculty with the information they need to improve their teaching, as well as assist them in their efforts for hiring, tenure, and promotion.
