The Kahane Center

The Kahane Center for Developmental and Psychological Well-Being was founded 20 years ago by Dr. Tamar Z. Kahane with the vision of providing insight, skills and support in order to emPOWER people to grow in all spheres and developmental stages of their lives.  The Kahane Center logo, depicting growing leaves, represents the process of engaging in growth and evolving emotionally, socially and cognitively throughout our lives.  The leaves are embedded in a circle as a reference to our integrated approach to psychological well-being.  Relating to ourselves and our relationships as a process of growth that requires ongoing attention provides the nurturing environment we need in order to overcome our challenges and struggles.
