A growth mindset is key to success. Success is different for each of us. For me, success means to add value to people. The purpose of life is all about giving and sharing so the leading principle is that you cannot give what you do not have.

Everything I do in life is determined by 3 values: family, health and significance. Every day I build three banks: financial, emotional and spiritual.
