Follow us, a husband and wife team, on a journey to renovate a 1940’s villa in Jamaica. 
Richard Thomas, originally from Spanish Town, Jamaica, is the owner of The Island Spot Jamaican Kitchen & Bar in Dallas, Texas. Chalon Clark Thomas is a lawyer and interior designer. 
With three baby girls, multiple restaurants, a new design firm, and a law practice—renovating a villa from overseas will be  our biggest challenge yet. Follow us as we expand our brand and our legacy.
