My name is Sarah and I am the founder and director of the Inner Garden Center for the Mind, Body, & Soul, where we share Inspiration, Guided meditations, Music, and more in order to help bring more peace, love, healing, and balance to our lives.   

The Inner Garden is a beautiful place within each and every one of us.  This garden is where our thoughts can make or break us.   

The words we think and say become seeds that are being planted in our souls.  These thoughts and words have powerful energy over us.  Whether they are high or low-energy words, they affect how we live our lives every moment of every day.  These seeds grow depending on what we are feeding them.  Words of love?  Or words of fear?  

This channel is dedicated to those who want to become the master of their own Inner Garden - A master of their own emotions.  It is for those who want to have peace as a part of their daily lives.
