The IEP Mom

Hey there! My name is Courtney and I'm The IEP Mom! I worked in public education as a teacher and administrator for 8 years before leaving the classroom to teach online. I have two boys, and my youngest is in special education. He was born deaf and has also been diagnosed with SPD, ADHD, and Dyslexia. I've sat on both sides of the IEP table as both an educator and a parent, and I've recently completed the Board Certification in Advocacy for Special Education program through the National Association of Special Education Teachers. My goal is to help other parents feel prepared to navigate the IEP process!
