Kirsten Jackon I The IBS Dietitian

Hi, I’m Kirsten Jackson, a UK Registered Consultant Dietitian specialising in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

I’ve spent more than 15 years working in dietetics, helping people understand their gut symptoms, identify their personal triggers and move away from unnecessarily restrictive diets.

On this channel, I break down the science behind IBS and gut health into practical advice you can actually use. We’ll cover everything from bloating, constipation and diarrhoea to food intolerances, the low FODMAP diet, the gut-brain connection and the treatments that actually have evidence behind them.

I’m also the author of Take Control of Your IBS and the founder of The IBS Dietitian.

If you’re fed up with conflicting gut health advice and want to understand what is actually going on with your IBS, you’re in the right place.

New evidence-based IBS and gut health videos every week.
