The Hummingbird Project (MedEquip4Kids)

The Hummingbird Project is a free six-week course for North West England schools to improve young people's mental health and happiness.  The course focuses on the prevention of mental health problems through learning about good mental health and the daily activities that will help maintain it. Our evaluations show improvements in wellbeing, resilience and hope. The project is delivered by children's charity MedEquip4Kids.
