I believe we are limitless spiritual beings having a Divine human experience and I believe all of us desire to live more authentic, fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. 
I am a spiritual teacher, mentor, energy healer and fitness and empowerment coach. 

This channel is about the journey, the project, of being human.   I talk about mind, body and spirit fitness and how I integrate all three to try to become my best human.   I hope that my journey will somehow help you on your own.
