I’m Michelle, and I founded The Hopeful Mind to share powerful mind-body concepts to help you step out of the struggle with chronic insomnia and anxiety. I became a sleep coach after struggling myself for 5 years. I’m passionate about helping you get back to restful sleep and emotional ease.

This mind-body approach draws from cognitive behavioural therapy (ACT), neuroscience, somatics, and spirituality. It also draws from my own journey and client transformations.
