My name is Peter Gordon and I am the host of The Healthy Mind & Body Show. I am from sunny Jamaica, but Washington, DC  has been home for the last 19 years. I am a licensed mental health therapist, a life and health coach, a fitness junkie, and a lover of all things philosophy. I am also a full time doctoral student working towards a doctorate in clinical psychology.
