The Healing Havens

Welcome to the Healing Havens where we provide one and three day tailored retreats for guests in need of refreshing and renewal, through ancient holistic therapies and products that target total healing of mind, body and spirit.

We have partner properties across Jamaica that suit different likes and budgets and our team of professional Healers are standing by to walk you through from the beginning of your experience to the end - though there is never really an end as we have a strong community of friends and mentors to prod you on and special events and activities that keep you in the loop.

Everyone needs a break sometimes to just unwind and rejuvenate. Especially those of us with high stress situations. Our goal is to restore balance and harmony in loving, caring, settings and beautiful spaces where it is all about you and that is ok. We have to be our best for ourselves before we can be for others. We are here to help you do that.
