The Grind With Will

Welcome to my channel. I started The Grind With Will to help to document my weight loss / Self improvement Journey. I started my weight loss journey in July of 2020. I had alot of questions and was not sure exactly where to start but I knew I needed to make a change for my health. I started my weight loss at 381 LBS. I am always trying to improve what I am doing and trying to help others to take the first step on their own journeys. I post a weekly update. If you have any questions your can DM me on Instagram or drop a comment on one of my videos and I will answer any questions I get to the best of my abilities. Keep moving forward and improving daily. Remember you are worth the effort to becoming a healthier version of yourself.
