Gin Reviews and spirits content from Aaron Knoll— creator of the GIN is IN. 

His website, The GIN is IN, was started in 2009 and covers gin internationally. Aaron’s book Gin: The Art and Craft of the Artisan Revival was named one of The Guardian's best spirits books of the year and has since been published in 7 languages. Aaron also co-wrote The Crafted of Gin and contributed to The Oxford Companion to Spirits and Cocktails.  Aaron also designed the first gin flavor visualization tool for communicating and describing gin flavor in 2012, based on research with gin consumers. He publishes research reports for distillers, including insights on changing preferences among gin consumers, and consults with brands and producers in their flavor development.
