Disagreement is expected from others who are committed to having their own thoughts, ideas, opinions based on what they see around them . Groupthinkers who receive what they are supposed to think or feel from a leader or a crowd, will never be comfortable with me.  If you have one who allows being given your thoughts and opinions by another person, we are not the same. 
Life is too short for the BS.
