TXFNE: The Forensic Center of Excellence is a non-profit in the Southeast Region, Rio Grande Valley Region, and North Texas Region of Texas. This non-profit works to empower victims, promote healing and create comprehensive solutions to fill gaps in victim services. Services provided by TXFNE include forensic nursing, adult forensic interviewing, advocacy, and counseling.
